Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the products.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 working days.
