How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 28-day return period for all items, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can be processed through our online portal or at any TOG24 standalone store.
Are your jackets waterproof or water-resistant?
We offer both. Our technical waterproof jackets feature taped seams and high breathability ratings, while our water-resistant items are treated with a DWR coating to repel light rain.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all TOG24 products come with a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very small window for changes. Please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer express checkout options via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for buy-now-pay-later convenience.
